Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across India and APAC for a fast-growing SaaS leader. Build the function, the team and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring strategy across tech, GTM and leadership roles
• Build and scale a high-performing TA team
• Partner with founders on org design and workforce planning
• Deliver employer brand and candidate-experience programs

Requirements

• 12+ years TA leadership in SaaS / product companies
• Track record of hiring senior leadership
• Strong stakeholder management
